Cindy Sundell-Guy, the Broker/Owner of the company, has long been involved in the preservation of the neighborhoods surrounding Downtown Wichita, and her husband, Company Attorney Jim Guy, has served on the City’s Historic Landmarks Committee, as the Mayor’s appointee, for nearly a decade. Together, they realized that it was time to return downtown, not many blocks from where Jim’s great-uncle, Kenneth E. Guy, had his real estate office (at the corner of Market and Second Streets) from the ‘Twenties until the late ‘Fifties. It is nice to be back where things are happening and there is energy in the air!
